Story that I shouldnt tell (chapter 1)


One nice day, in the train that passed by pacific sea, Ayaka can heard the sound of the beach that splashing aggressively, she wonder what will happened in her life after her live been destroyed and all she can see is deep dark future,and no one cant help her..She keep falling. Then she heard someone called out her name.

"Ayaka, you must help this person",the old woman said, and showing the picture of a person that she barely not know that person. who she barely not know about the person.

"How do you know my name?" Ayaka asked. But her question slowly missing with the wind of the pasific sea wind. She cannot see the old woman. But in her hand there was a photo of a person. and she flip it, there was a short name, "Me".

"Otaru-eki desu.orii kata wa mata wa orikae kata wa koko ni ~~~" the announcement said. That mean she now in Otaru. A place that she should go.


The smell of the sea, and the fall season made her heart broken into pieces. She must end her live here.

searching a bus to go to the beatiful place in otaru so that she can finished her live there.


She just wanna run from her life. She just want to finish her life. She just cannot bare to live again..

Then she saw a person that in the photo passed infront of her.

rolled tamago yaki (ロ-ル卵)



Ingredients:

6 eggs
2 tbsp soup stock
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp soy sauce(fish sauce)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil

Method:

Beat the eggs in the "Z direction to prevent the eggs from foaming. Mix the egg with sugar, soy sauce and the soup stock. (In Japan they always put mirin or known as cooking wine in Japan, but I dont put it~)

Heat the pan with some oil with kitchen oil.

pour 1/3 of the eggs and make the eggs spread in the pan.

When the surface almost cooked, rolled the from back to front.(you know how)

Re-oil pan, pull rolled egg forward,re-oil the other side.Pour half of the remaining egg mixture in empty space, allowing the egg to run under the roll as before.

When half-done, fold with folded egg inside, making into roll.

Cook the remaining egg in the same way.

when the egg roll is done, place on a bamboo mat and roll up tightly.

Leave for 4-5 minutes to cool.

Then, cut the size that you like.

p/s: This recipe is a little bit complicated (面倒くさい)、but it`s really delicious. Try it~

marinated maguro [マグロ)


Ingredients:

500grams maguro(tuna)
1/2 tsb wasabi paste
3tbspns soy sauce

Method:

Slice the fresh maguro into into 1/4 inch think or as you want. Seems maguro has many part, I`m using red meat(赤身)that situated up behind the maguro head. ootoro(大トロ)is usually using to make the sushi (because has many fat and white in colour.)

Then mix the wasbi paste and soy sauce. Marinate for around 10 minutes, and ready to be serve.

~~ well, actually I already done this recipe around 2 months ago.but I dont have time to fill the recipe~sorry~~

it`s a cold night..

tonight lizzie and i was going out to search something to eat actually.. ( well life is full of foods actually).. soo, decided to go to victoria station by bus.. well, actually all went well, until the time that we need to go back to our house..
1st ,the bus actually must arrived around 17.40, but late 10 minutes, and we are freezing ouside there waiting for the bus. ( the tempreture outside is actually around 6 celcius)..


we were freezing cold here~~

emm.. sambutan hari raya di sapporo dibuat pada 12 october 2008 (ahad).. well benda tu dh lame.. kat sapporo tu , memandangkan jalan die sangatlah susah nak jalan.. sooo.. sesatlah juga beberapa kali.. anyway.. raya kat sapporo best~~

veggie and seafood soup


Well, during the autumn, its a little cold, so its better if you eat something hot like soup. So this is also one of my dinner for today. Veggie and seafood soup. Its simple, delicious and good for diet. This is for 2 serving.


Ingredients:

3 tomatoes

1/2 fish cake (sliced)

1/2 tofu ( around 100grams)

1/2 carrots (sliced)

100grams mushrooms

5 pieces green chilies ( if you dont like hot, just put 1 or 2)

1 potato (cut into small pieces)

1tbsp salt

1tsp sugar

2tbsp black pepper

1tsp fish soy

2tsp olive oil

1/4 onion

1/2 cup water

3 pieces scallop (cut into half each)

100 grams cabbage

Method:


Heat the pan and put the olive oil, after the olive oil heated put the onion,green chilies and cook until fragrant.

Then put the carrot, potato,scallops, fish cake and cook again. ( Until the potato half cooked)

After that, put the cabbage, mushrooms into the pan, mix a little then put the water.

Then, put the fish soy, salt,sugar,tomatoes,tofu, and black pepper. Wait until boiled.

Ready to serve~



simple grilled pacific saury fish (秋刀魚)


My dinner for today is grilled pacific saury fish or known as "sanma" fish in Japan. The best time to catch sanma fish is during autumn. Saury, or sanma, is one of the most prominent seasonal foods representing autumn in Japanese cuisine. So, during autumn in Japan, I give a try to grill some sanma fish. Delicious~


Ingredients:

Pacific saury fish (you can replace it with another fishes,but sanma is the best)

1tbsp black pepper

1tsp salt

1tbsp olive oil

1tsp vinegar

1tsp ginger (crushed)

1tsp sugar

1tbsp tamarind paste

1tbsp sweet sauce



Method:

In the bowl add the salt, sugar, tamarind paste, vinegar, ginger, black pepper and of course the fish. Mixed it, and wait until around 15 minutes.

Set your grill place, and put the fish inside the grill and put some olive oil on the fish. Turn the fish after about 4-5miutes. You can feel it when the fish already cooked.~ (It`s an instinct...hehehe)

After the fish finished grilled, put the sweet sauce on the fish.

Then, ready to eat.
